Twenty-six-year old Joe Cassano died on April 4, 1999 but his rhymes have made an impact on the Italian rap scene. Born in Bologna, Joe lived in New York when he was 15 and spent the summers in Brooklyn with his immigrant father.
It was around that time that Joe started rapping. He traveled to all the country's jam sessions, from Calabria to Torino, from Zona Dopa in Pescara to Mic Check in Bologna. He was part of famed Old School group, Fuckin' Camels 'n' Effect. Joe began recording in 1997 with Inoki.
He was also dedicated to martial arts, studying and practicing, karate, kick boxing, and boxing.
Joe's passing touched the hearts of many in the HH world and RIP memorials were painted in his honor.
