Leftside was raised in Torino, where he was part of the hip hop scene of the early 1990s. It was there that he became freidns with Sab Sista and Mauri B. In 1993, he helped form Next Diffusion along with break dancer Next One and Mauri aka Right Voice. Their double CD "Dritto al cuore" had 22 tracks, including the single "Do the next dance."
Left went on to a solo carrer, performing on the CDs of Neffa ("I messaggeri della dopa"), Chief ("Chief e Soci"), A.t.p.c. ("Anima e Corpo"), Bassi Maestro ("Foto di gruppo"), Sottotono ("Sotto Effetto Stono" & "Sotto lo stesso effetto"), Fritz da Cat ("Fritz da Cat"), and DJ Enzo ("Tutti per uno").
