BIO
Marya (Maria Cellamaro) was born in 1978 and hails from a Hip Hop family — Esa of Gente Guasta & Tormento of Sottotono are her brothers. Marya began her Hip Hop career after Sottotono recruited her to help create the independent Hip Hop label Area Cronica. She left in 1999 to work on her own music.Marya moved to Brussels — she speaks Italian, French, English, and German — where she worked with Rival Cnn and the Souterrain Crew.
When back in Italy, Marya performs with her group that includes the four DJ team Men in Skratch and the female breaker Illaria.
