BIO
Pooglia Tribe was born in 1998 in Italy's Puglia region as the result of countless concerts, jams, radio broadcasts, etc. that brought together a wide range of individuals and crews into this super reagge/hip hop group — Zona 45, Moddi MC, Murgia Drima, Casa Del Fico, Brian Farrar, Cafone, Turbo Yamabushi, Toni Fine, Sapp Siane, L'Amish D'Abbash, DJ Tuppi B, DJ Max D. (In fact, the group photo above depicts only a few of the members.)
The Tribe places emphasis on uplifting Hip Hop's positive aspects: brotherhood, non-violence, the fight against discrimination, as well as the promotion of Pugliese culture. Their debut album almost all in the Pugliese dialect, interspersed with Italiano, and addresses deal with everyday reality.
