Posi Argento aka Chiara Luzzana was born in 1980 in Lecco, just north of Milano. Her love for Hip Hop took off in earnest in 1992, when she and a group of friends created a photocopied black and white fanzine called Here Inside. Two years later, Posi Argento recorded her first demo single "La Sindrome di StanPosi," producing 200 copies.
In 1998, she produced her cassette album entitled Così fan poche, with 14 tunes. The cassette/album was financed by Tode and featured Stefy on turntables. At that point she began touring and performing throughout Italy.
She was featured on a varity of CDs, including Netcrew Mix, Suoni dalla strada, Vol.1 (1999) with her tune "Avrai," and on Articolo 31's 1999 release Xchè Si on the song "Luna Park mentale."
