Turi MC, DJ, & BeatMaster hails from Calabria but was came into his own in Rome where made a name for himself as a MC at various jams starting in 1994. Two years later, Turi and DJ Squarta met Piotta and founded "Robba Coatta." After scores of concerts, Turi is known as one of the better freestyle MC in Italy's underground Hip Hop scene.
Along with Piotta, Turi was the opening act for Das Efx's 1999 Italian tour. Around the same time, Turi founded the label Aspromonte A-Roma and released his first solo CD by the same name. In addition to rapping, he produced the CD. He has since left the "Robba Coatta." He is colloborating with NextOne on a LP that is due out in the November 2000.
