After picking up a few key presepio figures at San Gregorio Armeno in Naples over the past 2 years, we've finally built our own presepio. I picked up a few tips from New York City presepio builders I've interviewed over the years, especially the idea that the presepio is basically a fantasyscape that brings together the mythic-historic, the remembered past, and the possibility of a past/future utopic vision.
